Information you provide
The contact form collects your name, email address, optional topic, and message so HJCI can receive and reply to your inquiry. Please do not submit sensitive personal information through the form. Membership applications are downloaded and completed offline; the website does not collect the completed application.
How contact information is used
HJCI uses contact-form information to receive, review, and respond to your message and to maintain related organizational records. The website does not place contact-form information in URLs, browser storage, or analytics events.
Service providers and retention
HJCI’s website hosting and email-delivery providers process contact information only as needed to transmit and protect the message. HJCI may retain messages and replies in its email systems for as long as reasonably needed to respond, maintain organizational records, and meet applicable legal obligations.
No sale or behavioral advertising
HJCI does not sell personal information collected through this website or use it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Donations
Online donations are completed on PayPal. Payment information is entered and processed by PayPal, not by this website.
Maps and external services
The Contact page includes an OpenStreetMap location map and links to Google Maps for directions. Opening maps, independent-organization websites, PDFs, or PayPal is subject to those providers’ privacy practices.
Server records
The hosting provider may process standard technical information needed to deliver and protect the website, such as IP address, request time, requested page, and browser information.
Your questions and requests
To ask a privacy question or request access to or deletion of information you submitted through the contact form, email info@hollywoodjci.org. HJCI may need enough information to identify the relevant message and verify the request.
